Why use Feng Shui
By Howard

Have you ever felt that you
life was falling apart and nothing was working for you? Well
honestly, this could be the case. How do you fix this? Feng
Shui.
“What can Feng Shui do for me?” you might ask. Feng Shui
is the art of using the elements and energy of nature, and
having them work in your favor. This is most important in
your home and can affect everything from your love life to
the prosperity of your business life.
Let’s look a bit deeper at what Feng Shui actually is. Chi
or energy flows through all of our lives; it flows around
us, through our house and even in the back yard. When we
block this chi then things can start going wrong, whereas
the opposite will happen if we allow the chi to flow freely
without obstruction. We can give the energy a personality in
a sense when we set up our lives in a certain way. For
example using certain colors within certain rooms will have
an affect on the way the chi reacts in that room and that
will then affect you.
If you want to be wealthier and have money flow into your
life through the chi then you could for example place a
metal ship near your front door facing inwards and filled
with old pirate gold coins. When your energy meets with the
ship it is as if you are telling it to find opportunities
around that can make you wealthy, however chi can only do so
much - you then need to grab those opportunities with both
hands and not let go.
Have you ever heard of the
phrase “dressed for success”? In Feng Shui, this is a
very real possibility as the colors and type of clothes that
you wear can affect not only the way you feel but also the
way other people feel about you. This becomes very important
when you go for a job interview for example. If you manage
to come off confident and know what you are talking about
and also look like you will fit the part then you are more
likely to be accepted for the position.
This is the basics of Feng Shui only, for more details on
how different colors can affect you, how you should set out
the rooms of your house and how to make your garden right
